103 Colmore Row. Above all else

Birmingham’s tallest office development is an architectural tour de force.
This towering development will be visible from miles around the city – even at night, when its double height restaurant at the top of the building’s 26 storeys will act as a beacon.

103 Colmore Row. Excellence attracts

103 Colmore Row’s 228,835 sq ft of Grade A BREEAM Excellent office space is designed for multiple occupation, while breakout areas and communal space on the ground floor encourage co-working.

Welcome to 103. A landmark building in every respect

At ground level, a four-storey high winter garden makes for an imposing arrival.
103 Colmore Row is Birmingham’s best business address and most anticipated office development; it will be available from Q3 2020.
